Where we ship
We ship across Europe with free shipping: Italy, Spain and the rest of Europe (France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Ireland, Poland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), with no shipping costs.
Preparation and delivery
Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 8-13 business days for Italy and Spain and 10-15 business days for the rest of Europe, from order confirmation; the updated estimated date is shown on the product page and at checkout.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves, you will receive the tracking code by email to follow your shipment.
Additional costs
Prices include VAT: for deliveries in Europe there are no customs or additional charges for the customer.
Delays and wrong addresses
During periods of high demand or due to force majeure, times may be longer: in case of a significant delay we will notify you by email. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete: if you need to correct it, write to us right away at info@glowmiabeauty.com; if the parcel has already left, we will no longer be able to change it.
