Right of withdrawal — 30 days
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to change your mind (this period includes and extends the 14 days provided by law). To exercise your withdrawal, write to us at info@glowmiabeauty.com with your order number: we will send you the instructions and the return address.
Return conditions
The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used devices, unless they are defective: in that case the warranty described below applies.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at your expense, except when the return is due to our error or to a defective or damaged product: in those cases we cover them.
Refund
Once the return has been checked, the refund is issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
Defective or damaged products
If the product arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@glowmiabeauty.com, attaching photos or a video of the problem: we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, as you prefer.
Legal warranty
Independently of withdrawal, all products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code for manufacturing defects.
